About the role.

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Technical Service Coordinator for a 6-month contract based at their Northgate office and warehouse, with regular travel to customer sites.

Reporting to the National Service Delivery Manager, this role will support hands-on service delivery, installation, commissioning, and contractor coordination within a fast-paced operational environment.

Your key responsibilities.

  • Collect, deliver, and assist with installation and setup of units
  • Induct and oversee contractors at customer sites and within the warehouse
  • Coordinate on-site works to ensure safety, quality, and timelines are met
  • Prepare purchase orders and work orders and support invoice reconciliation
  • Maintain required service, compliance, and project documentation
  • Support build and refurbishment programs for new and returned units
  • Assist with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) coordination
  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and customers
  • Attend customer sites to complete minor repairs where required
  • Use hand and power tools as part of day-to-day service activities

About you.

You're a hands-on operator who takes ownership and gets things done. With 3+ years' experience in technical service coordination, installation, or field roles, you know how to manage projects, coordinate contractors, and keep safety and quality on point. You're confident with Microsoft 365, experienced in inventory, commissioning, and after-sales support, and have full working rights in Australia.

Bonus points if you've worked in healthcare or facilities management, have experience with ISO standards, continuous improvement, or CAD software, and hold a Class C licence, working at heights certification (desirable), or valid passport. You're ready to roll up your sleeves, travel for work, and make an immediate impact.
