The Role:

You'll be the first point of contact for customers across Australia, handling phone and email enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently and support broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and returns using Esker and SAP.
• Respond to enquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer data and support the sales process.
• Coordinate consignment stock and assist with weekend delivery arrangements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across customer service.
• Work collaboratively across departments to meet quality and delivery standards.

About You:

You'll bring a proactive, solutions focused mindset and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.
Your background will ideally include:

• Experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Competence using SAP, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
• A qualification in Customer Service, Business, or Supply Chain.
