We are seeking an experienced Client Advisor with a strong background in luxury jewellery or high-end luxury retail, who understands the expectations of discerning clientele and is passionate about excellence in service.

About the Role

As a Client Advisor, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering refined, personalised service while building long-term relationships with local and international clients. You will combine deep product knowledge with exceptional clienteling skills to create memorable experiences and drive boutique performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering bespoke, high-touch service to a luxury and high-net-worth clientele
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through effective CRM and follow-up
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of fine jewellery and high jewellery collections
• Supporting boutique sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
• Participating in private appointments, VIP experiences, and client events
• Maintaining impeccable boutique presentation and operational standards
• Collaborating closely with the team to uphold a refined, professional environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in luxury jewellery or high-end luxury retail
• A strong understanding of luxury customer service standards and client expectations
• Proven experience using CRM systems and managing client portfolios
• Confidence in discussing jewellery craftsmanship, materials, and design
• A polished and professional presentation with excellent communication skills
• A genuine passion for luxury, craftsmanship, and relationship building
• A valid Australian work permit suitable for long-term, full-time employment
