Reporting to the Team Manager and working within a dynamic, collaborative team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred support to clients and providers. Your role will ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in navigating their plans and funding.
You'll split your time between phone-based support and case management, helping resolve enquiries, processing invoices, and ensuring each client receives an exceptional service experience.
Respond to incoming calls from clients, providers, and support networks with professionalism and empathy
Provide accurate, complete information to achieve first-call resolution wherever possible
Manage a mix of phone enquiries and case administration tasks
Resolve client and provider issues in a timely, solutions-focused manner
Maintain professionalism and uphold quality standards in all interactions
Meet performance metrics, including productivity and customer satisfaction
Process invoices and case work promptly and accurately
Participate in training sessions to build knowledge and capability
Adhere to organisational policies, procedures, and compliance standards
You are someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and is passionate about helping people. You bring strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly and effectively.
You will have:
Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience
A commitment to high ethical standards and quality service
As this role involves supporting vulnerable individuals, successful candidates will require:
A Working With Children Check
An NDIS Worker Screening Check
Completion of NDIS orientation training
$35/hr + super
Casual, ongoing contract for 3 months
Potential to transition into a permanent position
