About the Role

Reporting to the Team Manager and working within a dynamic, collaborative team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred support to clients and providers. Your role will ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in navigating their plans and funding.

You'll split your time between phone-based support and case management, helping resolve enquiries, processing invoices, and ensuring each client receives an exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls from clients, providers, and support networks with professionalism and empathy

  • Provide accurate, complete information to achieve first-call resolution wherever possible

  • Manage a mix of phone enquiries and case administration tasks

  • Resolve client and provider issues in a timely, solutions-focused manner

  • Maintain professionalism and uphold quality standards in all interactions

  • Meet performance metrics, including productivity and customer satisfaction

  • Process invoices and case work promptly and accurately

  • Participate in training sessions to build knowledge and capability

  • Adhere to organisational policies, procedures, and compliance standards

About You

You are someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and is passionate about helping people. You bring strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly and effectively.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset

  • Flexibility, adaptability, and resilience

  • A commitment to high ethical standards and quality service

Additional Requirements

As this role involves supporting vulnerable individuals, successful candidates will require:

  • A Working With Children Check

  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Completion of NDIS orientation training
