The Role: What You'll Do

Player:

· Manage a full 360 desk; build and maintain strong client partnerships

· Achieve personal billing and placement targets

· Develop expertise in your vertical or territory

· Market MPCs to top employers

Coach:

· Recruit, onboard, and coach Permanent & Temporary Recruiters

· Build capability through structured training, KPI management, and monthly reviews

· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

· Inspire exceptional candidate and client experiences

Strategic Growth:

· Drive business development to expand market presence

· Partner with senior leaders on planning and execution

· Share insights and collaborate across teams under the One Drake model

· Engage proactively with clients to uncover opportunities

Operational Excellence:

· Ensure process compliance and quality standards

· Use CRM/ATS tools for accurate reporting and pipeline management

· Monitor metrics and introduce continuous improvements



The Person: What You Bring

· 3 -5+ years full-cycle recruitment experience with strong billing results

· Leadership or coaching experience; strong BD and negotiation skills

· Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities

· Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools
