They are looking for skilled Storeperson/Forklift Operators to become an integral part of their warehouse operations. If you thrive in a busy environment and are prepared to be flexible, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

You must have demonstrated longevity in current or previous roles and be able to provide professional references.

Must be comfortable with manual handling and physically capable of regular lifting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, and retrieve stock.
• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring goods are handled with care and safety protocols are followed.
• Conduct stock replenishment, rotation, and inventory checks as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment in line with CSR's safety standards.
• Use warehouse management systems to track and update stock movements.
• Assist with stock takes and cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily operational goals.
• Report any issues, damage, or discrepancies in inventory or deliveries to supervisors.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating both counterbalance and high-reach forklifts.
• Proven experience as a storeperson.
• Experience using grab attached is advantageous.
• Flexibility to handle various tasks as needed, including manual loading and unloading.
• Attention to detail and strong safety awareness in a busy warehouse setting.
• You must have demonstrated longevity in current or previous roles and be able to provide professional references.
