ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for working with clients to understand their staffing and productivity requirements, preparing and executing a recruitment strategy that will attract and secure the best people within the Disability Sector

Some of the key responsibilities of the role are, but not limited to:

  • Primarily recruiting for Disability Support Workers, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • High volume recruitment campaigns on a quarterly basis
  • Client centred recruitment campaigns on a weekly basis
  • Maintain high candidate compliance requirements such as interviewing, screening, shortlisting, reference checking etc
  • Working closely with clients, advocates, and allied health professionals to achieve care team goals
  • Candidate coordination
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately within the required time frames.

To succeed in this position, you have the following:

  • Experience conducting high volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to screen, secure and retain quality candidates.
  • Tertiary qualification relevant to the area of responsibility an advantage (i.e. Business Studies/Administration, Sales).
  • Commercial business acumen.
  • Exceptional customer service and negotiation ability (with both candidates and clients)
  • Results orientated
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in advanced computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite
