About the role.

As a Car Salesperson in our Biloela dealership, you'll manage the full sales process from greeting customers and arranging test drives to negotiating trade-ins and explaining finance options. You'll build lasting customer relationships, contribute to a high-performing team, and enjoy excellent earning potential and career growth.

Your benefits.

Enjoy a competitive base salary of $50K + super, with commission bringing OTE to $80K-$100K. Benefit from a supportive team environment, career growth opportunities, and relocation assistance including temporary accommodation for a solo occupant.

Your key responsibilities.

Manage the full sales process from welcoming customers and arranging test drives to negotiating trade-ins and explaining finance options. Build lasting customer relationships, meet sales targets, contribute to a high-performing team, and provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey.

About you.

You are motivated, results-driven, and enjoy working with people. You have previous sales experience (automotive preferred but not essential), strong interpersonal and presentation skills, a customer-first attitude, and a valid Australian driver's licence. You're confident managing the full sales process and closing deals.
