Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner
• Assist retail and wholesale customers with enquiries, quotes, and product recommendations
• Liaise with reps and installation teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Deliver a positive, solutions-focused experience across all customer touchpoints

Administration & Sales Support

• Accurately enter and process sales orders
• Schedule customer pick-ups or deliveries as needed
• Prepare and run reports (sales, inventory, order status)
• Maintain and update customer records and project files
• Use company software to map out synthetic turf areas and generate quotes (training provided)

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in admin, customer service, or sales support roles
• Strong computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, CRM or quoting systems)
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in landscaping, turf, or trades (preferred but not essential)
