Our client is a well-established manufacturer based in Matraville and is seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join their growing team.

Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll be responsible for supporting daily production activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

This role operates on a 12-hour rotating roster, including:

• Day Shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm
• Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct routine inspections and basic equipment checks
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
• Report hazards, incidents and quality issues promptly
• Assist with changeovers, cleaning and general production duties
• Safely operate forklifts where licensed and required
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Complete production documentation accurately

• Achievement of production and quality targets
• Compliance with all workplace health and safety requirements
• Minimal downtime through effective operation of equipment
• Active participation in safety and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You are a reliable and motivated team player who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment. You have a strong commitment to safety, quality and productivity and are willing to work a rotating day and night shift roster.

To be successful you will have:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Forklift Licence (LF)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transport
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen
