About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with clients and candidates. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
• Sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates
• Developing new business and growing existing accounts
• Providing expert market advice to clients and candidates
• Hitting targets while maintaining a high standard of service

About you

You're a confident communicator with a natural ability to connect with people. You're motivated, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You'll bring:

• Previous sales, or client-facing experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A results-driven mindset with resilience and initiative
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
