About the role:

• Recruit Support Care Workers and occasional nursing staff to meet client and program needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance, and presenting candidates to the Hiring Manager.
• Build warm, professional relationships with candidates and contribute to a positive branch culture.
• Provide roster and scheduling support to ensure continuity of care across homecare programs.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous recruitment experience (healthcare recruitment highly advantageous).
• Ability to confidently handle both recruitment and scheduling responsibilities.
• Passionate about helping people.
• A proactive go‑getter who takes accountability.
• A strong communicator who contributes positively to team culture.
