Maintenance Electrician

Afternoon Shift: Mon-Fri (2pm-10pm)
Night Shift: Sun-Thu (10pm-6am)

You'll be responsible for both reactive and preventative maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting production targets. You'll also play a key role in maintaining food safety and quality standards, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the wider team with best-practice maintenance.

Key Requirements:

• A Grade Electrical Licence (Victoria).
• 2 + years maintenance experience post apprenticeship.
• Background in automated manufacturing (food/FMCG highly regarded).
• Experience with preventative maintenance systems (e.g. FMECA or similar).
• Understanding of HACCP standards.
• Exposure to site utilities (refrigeration, boilers, compressors, wastewater).
• Experience with CMMS or ERP systems.

Maintenance Fitter

Night Shift: Sun-Thu (10pm-6am)

This is a hands on position within a fast paced, automated food processing environment. You'll be responsible for maintaining machinery and site assets to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency, while supporting production schedules and driving continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Trade qualification as a Fitter & Turner.
• 2 + years maintenance experience post apprenticeship.
• Experience with automated production lines and site utilities.
• Exposure to ISO, HACCP, and GMP environments (advantageous).
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs (e.g. FMECA or similar).
• Intermediate IT and data skills.
