Recruitment Consultant - Blue Collar | Drake International

Due to our continued growth, we're looking to expand our flex team with a motivated, client and candidate-focused Recruitment Consultant. You'll work closely with an experienced and supportive team, servicing existing clients and building new relationships, ensuring we deliver exceptional results every time.

About You:

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally in the blue-collar or trade sector, with a strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and placing candidates effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.

• Strong time management and organisational abilities, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments while meeting deadlines and delivering results.

• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems, confident using recruitment software and digital tools to streamline processes.

• A team-oriented, results-driven professional, motivated to achieve success for both clients and candidates.
