  • Belonging: be part of a supportive, Global HR team that is reimagining how we support the business
  • Compensation: putting people first means we pay what you are worth
  • Stability: with over 75 years in business, we offer security and stability that is very rarely matched
  • Challenge: you will have opportunity to stretch and grow, and if you want to do that in a different country, we can make that happen
  • Great Sydney CBD location and office but open to Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane or Adelaide

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years' experience' in an HR Business Partner role in a professional services or general services organisation
  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior leaders in enabling the operations of a business
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, UKG, or Workday) and data analysis tools
