About the Role

As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, sourcing exceptional talent and delivering successful placements across your market. You'll become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates while helping drive the growth of our permanent recruitment business.

What You'll Do

* Develop new business and generate job opportunities

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Source, assess and manage high-quality candidates

* Present shortlisted candidates to clients

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through to placement

* Collaborate with the wider team and contribute to a high-performance culture

What You Bring

* 1+ year of B2B sales experience, or 3+ years of B2C sales experience

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* A results-driven mindset and strong sense of urgency

* Commercially minded with a genuine desire to succeed

* A passion for recruitment, sales and helping people achieve their career goals
