We are seeking experienced Parking Officers, Local Laws Officers, and Infringement Officers for multiple upcoming opportunities across various councils.

About the Opportunities

These roles will suit candidates who can confidently:

• Conduct parking patrols and monitor compliance with local laws

• Issue infringement notices using electronic handheld devices

• Interpret and apply legislation, local laws, and regulations in the field

• Prepare accurate reports, statements, and evidence when required

• Handle difficult situations with professionalism and resilience

• Manage interactions with the community and provide clear regulatory information

• Escalate issues and support enforcement as needed

To Be Considered, You MUST Have:

• Proven experience as a Parking Officer, Local Laws Officer, Infringement Officer, or similar compliance role

• Demonstrated ability to issue infringements confidently and accurately

• Strong understanding of Victorian road rules, parking regulations, and local laws

• Experience conducting patrols independently and managing workload across allocated zones

• Ability to handle conflict, de-escalate situations, and communicate calmly under pressure

• Solid report writing and documentation skills

• Familiarity with enforcement systems (e.g., Pinforce or similar)

• A commitment to upholding community safety and amenity

Mandatory Requirements

• Current Victorian Driver's Licence

• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather

• Availability for rostered shifts, including weekends if required
