Customer Service Support / Administrator

Full-time | Monday to Friday | Office-based | 6 months contract with potential extension

We are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Support / Administrator to join a collaborative and fast-paced team. This role combines customer service with day-to-day administrative support and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, structure, and working with internal stakeholders.

About the Role

You will act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries while supporting the wider team with administration and order processing. The role requires strong organisation, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls as the first point of contact

  • Manage and action the customer service email inbox

  • Handle internal and external business mail

  • Support the team with client order entry to assist processing, dispatch, and invoicing

  • Maintain stationery and staff amenities

  • Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support as required

About You

  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administration

  • Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills

  • Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is highly regarded but not essential

  • Business or administration-related qualifications are desirable
