Accounts Administrator

Our client, based within the machinery hire industry, are currently seeking a motivated and personable Accounts Administrator to join their team in a full-time, long-term capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong accounts background who enjoys working in a collaborative and positive team environment.

About the Role

This position will see you supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the business, including:

• Accounts Payable and Receivable processing
• Managing customer enquiries and account queries
• General administrative and accounts support
• Customer engagement and professional communication with stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate financial records in MYOB

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in a similar accounts or finance administration role
• Strong working knowledge of MYOB and associated functions
• Solid generalist computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, bubbly personality with a team-focused attitude
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Availability to commence ASAP
