THE ROLE

Our client is a reputable Australian law firm providing a comprehensive range of legal services to both government and private sector organisations.

They are currently seeking a professional, passionate, and dedicated Receptionist and Client Services Assistant to join their high-performing and collaborative team.

DUTIES

  • Serve as the first point of contact, managing reception, correspondence, calls, and client services to ensure a professional and efficient front-desk operation.
  • Ensure all meeting rooms are prepared for internal and client meetings, including morning setup.
  • Provide excellent client service, ensuring all client standards are consistently met.
  • Receive, record, and manage deliveries and incoming mail.
  • Maintain administration stationery, including ordering, monitoring stock levels, and keeping the area organized and tidy.
