About the Role:

You will play a key role in attracting and securing top talent while supporting the ongoing delivery of essential homecare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Support Workers and occasional nursing staff
  • Source, screen, interview, and manage candidate compliance and onboarding
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes
  • Build strong, professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Provide roster and scheduling support to ensure continuity of care

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous recruitment experience (healthcare recruitment highly regarded)
  • Ability to balance recruitment and scheduling in a dynamic environment
  • A proactive, accountable, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for helping people
  • A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive, inclusive culture
  • Graduates within a relevant tertiary field are also encouraged to apply
