Join a Growing Agribusiness & Food Production Team!

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources & OHS Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a diverse and hands-on role responsible for delivering high-quality HR support while leading workplace health and safety initiatives across our operations.

Reporting directly to the CEO and Board, you will play a key role in supporting employees, managers, contractors, and workforce programs across all aspects of Human Resources, Payroll support, Workplace Health & Safety, Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, inductions, and employee lifecycle activities
  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees
  • Coordinate international workforce and visa programs, including PALM, DAMA, and skilled migration pathways
  • Support payroll processing, award interpretation, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives
  • Lead workplace health and safety programs, audits, and compliance activities
  • Manage workers compensation and return-to-work programs
  • Maintain HR records, reporting, policies, and employment documentation
  • Conduct regular site and farm visits to support operational teams

About You

Desirable

  • Exposure to international workforce and migration programs
  • Experience working with culturally diverse teams

You will bring

  • Experience in Human Resources and/or Workplace Health & Safety within Agriculture, Manufacturing, Food Production or related industries
  • Knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards, work place investigations and payroll compliance
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing workers compensation and return-to-work processes
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • A practical and proactive approach with strong attention to detail
