About the Opportunity:

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operational and commercial success of the branch through strategic business development, people leadership, and exceptional client service delivery.

Working closely with the General Manager and broader national leadership team, this role will see you driving branch profitability, mentoring and developing team members, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence and compliance across all business activities.

This position presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment leader seeking broader exposure across workforce management, talent strategy, operations, stakeholder engagement, and the wider HR lifecycle within a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive branch profitability through strategic planning and business development initiatives
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing recruitment team
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned to branch objectives
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality recruitment and workforce solutions
  • Oversee branch operational performance, compliance, and WHS requirements
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Maintain strong knowledge of relevant legislation, industry standards, and best practice
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and performance-driven team environment

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will be a commercially minded and people-focused leader with a passion for recruitment, workforce solutions, and business growth.

You will demonstrate:

  • Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and developing team members
  • Previous recruitment industry experience
  • Strong business development and sales capability
  • Experience managing operational performance and branch profitability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related discipline (desirable)
