About the Role:
If you're passionate about delivering quality care outcomes and enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, this is a great opportunity to build your experience across recruitment, roster management, client consultation and branch operations within a supportive team environment, while helping deliver high-quality care outcomes within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client rosters and coordinate work schedules for support workers and nurses to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, candidates and key stakeholders through regular communication and support.
  • Support payroll processing through timesheet review and pay approvals.
  • Act as a first point of contact for incoming enquiries and provide general branch support as directed.
  • Coordinate meetings with staff and clients to discuss care and service requirements.
  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of Disability Support Workers and Registered Nurses.
  • Maintain compliance requirements and accurate system records for all field staff and client programs.
  • Provide branch administration and system support across daily operations.
  • Contribute to business development and branch marketing initiatives to support growth and service delivery.

  • Strong computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office, CRM and rostering systems.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, sense of accountability and commitment to quality service delivery.
