About the role:

We are seeking a person-centred Recruitment Coordinator / HR professional to deliver creative and high-quality recruitment campaigns that attract, screen and secure the best people within the Disability Sector.

• Primarily recruiting for Disability Support Workers, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• High volume recruitment campaigns on a quarterly basis.
• Client centred recruitment campaigns on a weekly basis.
• Maintain high candidate compliance requirements.
• Working closely with clients, advocates, and allied health professionals to achieve care team goals.

About you:

• Experience conducting high volume recruitment campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to screen, secure and retain quality candidates.
• High verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and organised approach to recruitment drives.
